Quick Summary
- Empire Palace accepts deposits over Ethereum, Base, Solana, and Bitcoin using unique wallet addresses that are monitored end to end by our depositor service.
- Each transfer is verified by blockchain confirmations before your playable balance updates, keeping everything synchronized with the wallet system.
Before You Start
- Make sure you have the coin you plan to send (SOL, BTC, ETH, or Base ETH) in a wallet or exchange that lets you withdraw to external addresses.
- Double-check network selection; Base ETH is separate from Ethereum mainnet even though both use ETH tickers.
- Have enough funds for network fees so the transaction can broadcast and confirm smoothly.
How It Works
- Visit
https://empirepalace.io/wallet while logged in.
- Pick the coin you want to deposit. The wallet drawer shows both a QR code and the matching deposit address.
- Scan the QR code from your external wallet or copy the address exactly as shown. Use the same chain you selected at Empire Palace.
- Send the amount you want to play with. Leave the tab open so you can watch the pending status once the transfer hits the blockchain.
- After the required confirmations clear, your balance will update automatically and the deposit will appear in your history.
What to Expect After Sending
- Bitcoin confirmations always take longer than Ethereum or Base transfers, so plan for the longest wait on BTC deposits.
- Solana confirmations are the fastest in our lineup, and Base/Ethereum sit in the middle.
- If the amount is below the minimum supported by that chain’s configuration, it stays pending until an additional top-up pushes it over the threshold.
- You’ll see a “pending” badge until the deposit clears. Refreshing is optional—the status updates automatically as soon as the chain confirms.
Player Tips or Support
- Always test a smaller transfer if you’re sending from a new wallet to confirm you chose the right network.
